I was a loyal fan since the moment I heart the DreamBoat Annie album. I am shocked and disappointed in your reaction to the Repub. party playing Barracuda. What a disappointment you are part of the out of touch elite. As a Master's Degree Professional with lots of disposable income, I will no longer buy your music. |

Message to Sarah Palin and the republicans...don't **** with the Wilsons. I am proud of Ann & Nancy in standing up for what they believe in. They are amazing. |

You are A Disgrace to your country! You should be honored that people want to play your song in tribute to a women who very well could be the next vice president of our nation. And by the way, wouldn't this help record sales and introduce a new generation to your music? Instead you probably hurt you sales and your reputation. Stick to singing! |

Unreal. Why are you liberal, elitist entertainers so petty? I really enjoyed your music, but will no longer listen to Heart. You should be grateful your antiquated song was being played. Pathetic. |

Disappointed is not strong enough to say how I feel about your reaction to the Barracuda playing at the RNC. When I heard it I was thrilled, already so thrilled with Sarah Palin, this just made it even better. How petty of you to be upset with this wonderful, successful woman, who probably had NOTHING to do with the playing of this song. Thank God for real American women who know what is important and WHO. And it is not you. |

I am so disappointed in your response to the use of your song at the RNC. Get over it. They have brought more attention to your group than has been given in the past 20 years. I really used to like you and did see you in concert here in MD. No More For ME! |

Hadn't heard your music in a long time. Thought it was so cool to hear Barracuda played at the RNC. That is, until you had to show your a$$ and have the song yanked. I guess what you don't know is that it's forever out there now anyway thanks to tivo and youtube HAHA! I urge every good republican to show up with their boom boxes at McCain/Palin rallies and blast Barracuda as loud as possible! Hey Heart-are you going to try to prohibit every citizen from playing your songs as well? oh wait...you must think that the socialist you're voting for will take care of that for ya- HA! You guys are pathetic! |

I have been a fan for years. I guess if the great messiah had used your song it would have been ok. The wilson sisters make obama proud even if he doesn't like you because you are white, he doesn't even claim his true racial identity. He has just as much white in him as black. I hope you win a huge lawsuit and give it to him so he can laugh at you some more. I realize the wilson sisters have a right to support whoever, whatever, we all do, that's their choice, and my choice is not to support their choice. Excuse me, I have to go destroy some music. So long barrrraaaacuuuudaaas. |

I was a 70's child growing up with struggles women went through for equal rights and I just loved you. Now the love affair is over with you and has been for years with the like womens movement. You are not a successful woman not matter what you accomplish unless you follow "Hollywood's and the "east coast snobs" and their vision of the way the world should be. You should have been proud of Sarah Palin for what she has as a woman accomplished even if you do not agree with her on everything, why must we all be Gloria clones or the Hollywood clones to be a successful woman? You have lost a 30 year fan for your statement on the use of "Barracuda" instead of saying I may not agree with the politics but I happy to see a woman in the VP spot and allowed your song to be used, plus you would have made a lot of money. Plus new ears to hear your songs and us older ears wwould have been reminded to buy a dvd of your song since we can no longer play cassett tapes. It was the elite of Hollywood and the "east coast women" that have all ways trashed you on your weight gain not us regular everyday women that go to church and work. Sad for you that you are small minded and drink koolaid. You have lost a opportunity to make money and support a woman even if she doesn't share all of your opinions. Why is Hollywood so elitist? You no better than us. |

I'va always loved your music but I'm really disappointed at your politics. If i didn't already own most of your best work I probably wouldn't buy anymore of it now. I hope you'll be more open minded in the future. |

My Goodness! Such a do about nothing. The RNC did not plagerize your work. You recorded and published the song. The RNC purchased a copy of the song and played it. You sold your creativity - No one stole it from you. Grow Up! |

I used to be a huge fan of your music, but now because of the "political statement" you made about the RNC using your "Barracuda" song, you can use your rock star status to promote "YOUR" polical agenda and I'll use my consumer status to never purchase or listen to your music again! |

I'm disappointed, though not entirely surprised, to learn of the Wilson Sisters' display of childishness in regards to the RNC playing their music. My husband and I -as well as our seven children ranging in age from 7 to 21 - have enjoyed listening. No longer... |
