Looking forward to this weekends performance at the "ROCK THE FORT" concert at Fort William Historical park in Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada. I've been a huge fan for (I'm aging myself) 30 years. My girlfriend and I would do "airband" performances, pretending we were the Wilson sisters, to numerous songs from your albums that we would play for hours on end. Ahhhh, the good old days!! Ann and Nancy Wilson. The two of you ARE music to me. I started playing drums when I was five years old and when I first heard your single "Magic Man" as a teenager living in Oklahoma I was totally energized.I have not put down my sticks since. I am still drumming away at 46 in large part thanks to you! And yes,I could easily sit in on any of your songs to date.
I have seen you in concert from coast to coast ( including Oklahoma City in '76 0r '77, I forget, was Magazine tour).
You are both so beautiful inside and out. You have moved me to tears many times and I just can't thank you enough for your wonderful music and the inspiration you have been to me. Please don't ever stop doing what you do. By the way, my wife and I saw you guys at the White River Ampitheatre in Auburn a couple years ago. That concert was among the top three for me in terms of overall concert enjoyment and #1 in terms of pure music enjoyment. It was beautiful, and Ann, you said something about not being as well recieved at other venues during that show. Hard as that is for me to understand fully, you KNOW your homey's are going to hug, kiss and love you. You are our treasures and you will always kill here in the PacNW!!!

I was just watching you guys jam on VH1. And i had tears rolling down my face. I am so happy to see you jammin. And it was my first time seeing Alice in Chains without Layne. I too am a MAJOR Heart fan. I've listened to the girls from the begining. I sang my son to sleep with "Dog and Butterfly" and I wakled down the Isle to "Silver Wheels". My husband and I haven't missed a performance here in Arizona, matter of fact , just came in from the concert at Celebrity Theater. Keep on Rockin Girls!!! |

Long time fan. I really miss Heart. Between the sisters there was, at one stage, magic. Did they/you really start off as a Led Zeppelin cover band?
